There are as many possible futures as there are stars—futures lived on different worlds. Futures lived in altered forms.

A once war-torn planet now finds peace, but a new battle looms. Then humanity discovers they are not alone in the universe, and first contact happens soon after the sightings. The name of their planet is Tah’Nar—and it’s dying.

The Tah’Narians need DNA for their harvesting program, so the US implements a lottery system to meet their demands. Every year for five years, a lottery is held, and the unfortunate men chosen are collected.

The media coined the expression “The Harvest” for this event.

This is Volume I of The Harvest Short Story Collection. It is an introduction to the Harvest and its impact on those in this series. Join Dale and the gang on a nonstop adventure, where love transcends space and worlds collide.

Join the worlds of M.A. Church

M.A. Church is a true Southern belle who spent many years in the elementary education sector. Now she spends her days lost in fantasy worlds, arguing with hardheaded aliens on far-off planets, herding her numerous shifters, or trying to tempt her country boys away from their fishing poles. It’s a full time job, but hey, someone’s gotta do it!

When not writing, she’s exploring the latest M/M novel to hit the market or watching her beloved Steelers. That’s if she’s not on the back porch tending to the demanding wildlife. The ducks are very outspoken. She’s married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two grown children.

She is a member Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.

Reviews

Wonderful start for the dragon books. I can’t wait for the rest. The author really knows hope(sic) to tell a story.
